1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MathQuest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

MathQuest is intended for students of all ages. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and approved your use of the Service, including any purchases.

3. Account & registration

You may create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Purchases & access

MathQuest offers one-time purchases for access to specific topic content. Once a purchase is confirmed via Razorpay, access is granted instantly and is permanent unless refunded or revoked per these terms. Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials or transfer access to another person
  • Attempt to bypass payment, access, or security mechanisms
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute quiz content
  • Use the Service to harass other users or post offensive content (including via display name)
  • Submit automated or fraudulent quiz attempts to manipulate leaderboards or badges

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including questions, explanations, design, and branding, is owned by MathQuest or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational use.

8. Service changes

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will not remove access to topics you have already paid for, but specific levels or questions may be revised for accuracy and pedagogical improvement.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
